Per Mertesacker is under no illusion what Arsenal need to do to make sure they take their Wembley form against Chelsea to Stamford Bridge.

Arsenal have done well against Antonio Conte’s men when playing at the neutral venue, but there is not an Arsenal fan alive who isn’t terrified ahead of Sunday’s showdown.

After capitulating at Anfield, Arsenal head to a ground where they have suffered yet more humiliation, but Mertesacker is hoping lessons from the Wembley wins will guide them to three points.
