Inter Milan could move for Paris St. Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot, according to reports.

Rabiot’s contract with the Ligue 1 club expires in 2019, which is allegedly keeping clubs such as Arsenal, Tottenham and Inter Milan interested.

According to Calciomercato (via TalkSport), Inter will push hard for the 22-year-old in hopes of beating Arsenal and Spurs to his signature.

Rabiot came through PSG’s academy and has been a regular in recent seasons. He’s already made seven appearances this season after making 39 appearances in all competitions last. In total, he has amassed 164 appearances for PSG already.

The sale of midfielder Blaise Matuidi to Juventus this summer also suggests that manager Unai Emery has plenty of faith in him.

Receiving plenty of first team football and playing in an exciting team, one imagines that Rabiot will extend his contract at PSG before too long.

He’s someone Arsenal have been linked with numerous times over the last couple of years and Arsene Wenger is believed to be a massive fan of the player. In fact, he reportedly spoke with the player as far back as 2014 to try and convince him to sign for the club.

Wenger also reportedly pulled out of another deal to sign him in 2016 when the player was said to be keen on the move.

For now, there doesn’t seem to be much chance of Arsenal signing him. However, that could change if Rabiot opts not to sign a new contract with PSG.
