Germany 6-0 Northern Ireland

Germany were already through as group winners, but they still hammered the hosts Northern Ireland with a 6-0 win.
Spain 1-0 Scotland
In the other decisive game, Spain beat Scotland 1-0 and therefore are through to the semi-finals, while Scotland will contest the World Cup play-off against England

Group B
England 0-1 France
France defeated England 1-0 to go through as group runner-ups.
England were the better side for most of the game, but excellent goalkeeping prevented them from scoring.
The Bleuettes scored late in the game when England were throwing everything at them to get a goal that would send them through.

Netherlands 3-3 Italy
Netherlands drew with Italy in an entertaining game that finished with a 3-3 scoreline.
