Arsenal still want two more signings this summer, but may not be able to get Monaco’s Thomas Lemar and Nice’s Jean-Michael Seri.

As far an incomings go, it’s been very quiet at Arsenal. Since the signing of Alexandre Lacazette, the Gunners have been heavily linked with Monaco’s Thomas Lemar and that’s about it. There have been other links, but nothing major.

According to Football London, Arsene Wenger is still in the market for two more players, but could be forced to look elsewhere than their preferred targets. Lemar is proving more and more difficult to sign, with Monaco digging their heels in. Arsenal have reportedly had three separate offers rejected.

Elsewhere, the Londoners have been linked with Nice midfielder Jean-Michael Seri. A deal could be complicated by Nice’s Champions League play-off against Napoli. Barcelona are also said to be interested in him.

In the event Arsenal can’t sign either player, Football London claims that they will move on to Riyad Mahrez – a move that has been mooted all summer – and one of Sporting Lisbon’s William Carvalho and Sevilla’s Steven N’Zonzi.
