Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham and Liverpool are keeping tabs on Aston Villa winger Andre Green, according to latest reports.

The 19-year-old has broken into Villa first-team this season and is already impressing scouts with his performances. According to the Mirror, Arsenal are among a host of clubs scouting him. Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Tottenham, Manchester City and Liverpool are also said to be interested.

Green made his Villa debut in an FA Cup against Tottenham last January. His league debut for the club came off the bench against Hull City during the first game of the Championship season. He’s since started the last two games and scored in a 4-2 victory over Norwich. Both of his starts have come from the left flank.

Arsenal have a lot of wingers at the club at both senior and youth level and would likely find it difficult to accommodate Green at this time, I feel. However, the club does have a history of buying young English players from the Championship – the likes of Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Rob Holding all emerged there – and could continue that with Green.
