Arsenal supporters are now even more worried about losing Alexis Sanchez after the Chilean forward tried to delete a tweet which had Paris as a location.
The 28-year-old sent a tweet to singer Richard Marx, inviting him to play at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, but supporters lost their minds after spotting he was located in Paris, France, reports the Daily Mail.
Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with Alexis all summer, so naturally fans were fearing the worst. The Arsenal forward then made things worse by deleting the tweet and re-sending it with the location removed, hinting he made a faux pas.
Alexis is supposed to be out for two weeks with an abdominal injury, according to manager Arsene Wenger, but I feel his absence from the first-team could now be to resolve his future.
Arsenal fans were certainly not happy and let their feels be known on Twitter.

The former Barcelona man wants to leave Arsenal this summer and his ‘injury’ gives him a good excuse to be out of the firing line. His relationship with the fans is souring by the minute, however.

The Gunners won their Premier League opener in his absence, twice coming from behind to beat Leicester City 4-3. But without Alexis, they’ll lose around 30 goals in the top-flight this season.
