Kylian Mbappe looks set to stay at Monaco this summer despite interest from Europe’s biggest clubs.

  • Mbappe has purchased a house in Monaco
  • He’s expected to sign a new contract that will significantly increase his wages

It seems that the Mbappe saga could be soon coming to an end. That’s according to reports from France, which claim the 18-year-old has decided to stay at Monaco and will sign a new contract with the Ligue 1 champions.

They add that Mbappe has purchased a house in Monaco and has already signed the lease.

Mbappe was the subject of interest from Arsenal, Liverpool, Real Madrid and PSG, amongst others, after he scored 26 goals in all competition last season. There was talk of him moving clubs for more than £100m.

However, it now seems he’ll be staying at Monaco for next season. It’s bad news for Arsenal as Arsene Wenger is a huge admirer of Mbappe and has said that many clubs, including the Gunners, would “roll the red carpet out for him”.
