Arsenal are due to fly to Australia today (Sunday) ahead of their two clashes against Sydney FC and Western Sydney Wanders on 13 and 15 July. However, the squad are missing one man: Lucas Perez.
According to Spanish football expert, Carlos Rosende, Lucas will remain in London ahead of a possible move.
Lucas Pérez no viaja a Australia con el Arsenal para los amistosos del 13/15 de julio, se queda en Londres. Pero su salida no es inminente.

“Lucas Pérez does not travel to Australia with Arsenal for friendlies on July 13/15, remains in London. But his departure is not imminent.”
The forward has made it clear that since Arsene Wenger is staying at Arsenal, this means the 28-year-old’s game time is unlikely to improve and therefore he wants to leave just one year after moving to the Gunners from Deportivo.
Lucas’s former club, Deportivo, as well as Espanyol, Sevilla, and Malaga are reportedly all interested in the Spaniard. However, as Rosende says, a move isn’t imminent.
