Arsenal fans have been reacting to Özil’s latest post on Twitter in typical fashion.
It seems fair to say Arsenal fans are growing quite restless waiting for the season to get back underway.
Pre-season matches have provided temporary respite, but in general supporters just want to see targets signed, contracts agreed and the Premier League starting up again as quickly as possible.
So the replies to every post on social media from Arsenal and the players are filled with fans who just want something to happen.
This fan impatience is no less the case with Mesut Özil, who recently told reporters that he wanted to stay with the Gunners but hasn’t yet put pen to paper on a deal.
Özil posted on Twitter that he needed to starve his distractions and feed his focus, and the Arsenal fans had a list of demands in response to Mesut, as compiled by FootballFancast.com and shown below:
