With Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain yet to be offered a new Arsenal deal, the 23-year-old is being linked with moves to three Premier League rivals.
- Ox to snub Liverpool in favour of new Arsenal deal
- Oxlade-Chamberlain ‘frustrated’ by Arsenal contract delay despite already agreeing deal
- 23-year-old could join Liverpool, Manchester City, or Chelsea this summer
Despite strong rumours last week that the Ox was set to sign a new Arsenal deal, the Daily Mail are now claiming that the midfielder is getting increasingly agitated with his lack of playing time in north London and could be set for a move to one of three fellow Premier League clubs:
Liverpool, Chelsea, or Manchester City.
The 23-year-old has just one year left on his current contract but even the Mail acknowledged that the likelihood of him staying under Arsene Wenger is ‘4/5’.
However, the report also claims that he’s almost as likely to join Liverpool (3.5/5), who have been heavily linked with a £40m move for the Ox for a while, with City (3.5) and Chelsea (2/5) also supposedly in with a shot.
While Arsenal apparently haven’t offered the Ox a new deal yet, it’s bound to only be a matter of time considering the England international’s increased presence in the starting XI last season.
What’s more, the chances of Wenger selling to a rival team aren’t high. 0/5.
