Malaga striker Sandro Ramirez is on the verge of completing a move to Everton.

  • Ramirez had been linked with Arsenal, amongst others
  • There had been of Lucas Perez being involved in a deal
  • Ramirez will move for just £5m

Ramirez was linked with Arsenal this summer but he’s turned down any interest from the Gunners to complete a move to Everton this summer, reports the Liverpool Echo.

There had been talk of Arsenal using Lucas Perez to sweeten a possible deal with Sandro. The idea was to allow Lucas, who wants to leave Arsenal, to move on loan to Malaga, therefore giving them a ready made replacement for Ramirez.

Arsenal look set to miss out on a promising young striker for just £5m, however, which seems a good deal in today’s market. Nevertheless, the Gunners do have Olivier Giroud and Danny Welbeck as credible options in the side, while eyeing up top talent from the French Ligue 1 this summer.
