Ramirez has been heavily linked with a move to Everton this month and has also been rumoured to want a move to Atletico Madrid. However, the forward is said to be one of Arsene Wenger’s transfer targets this summer.
He’s not the only Malaga starlet the Arsenal manager apparently has his eye on either. Pablo Fornals is believed to be on Wenger’s radar and made 32 La Liga appearances last season, scoring six goals and assisting four.
The 21-year-old has been tipped as a player to watch for the future and with Malaga trying to tie him down to a new deal as his current contract runs out in 2019, Wenger reportedly wants to swoop in quickly.
Arsenal’s attack could be depleted this summer with the likes of Lucas Perez and Theo Walcott likely to be moved on ahead of the 2017/18 season. The Gunners will oversee a large turnover of players in the coming weeks and will be seeking talented replacements to bolster their offensive options.
