A big sticking point had reportedly been between the club’s desire for change behind the scenes and Arsene Wenger’s reluctance.
At this point, we do not know what compromise has been reached but I think it’s safe to assume that there has been one somewhere. John Cross is reporting that Wenger will have to deal with ‘change’ after ‘amicable talks’.
