Back at the start of February, we confirmed the news that Academy player Tyrell Robinson was allowed to leave the club and he has now been unveiled as a Bradford City player.

After months of speculation surrounding his future, the 19-year-old left north London in search of regular minutes in his preferred position, playing as a left-midfielder as opposed to a more defensive role at fullback.

Watford, West Brom and West Ham were just a few of the Premier League clubs that took him on separate trials but the youngster has opted to drop down into England’s League One with the possibility that he’ll feature in the Championship next season and beyond.

Bradford play Millwall in the League One play-off final at Wembley on May 20 and Tyrell took to Twitter to thank everyone for their support whilst revealing his excitement in signing his first professional deal.

I’m now a pro at Bradford City and want to say a big thank you for welcoming [me] to the club, cannot wait to start pre-season,” he said.

“Thank you for all the support and messages from everyone means a lot cannot wait to show what I can do.
