Harry Kane scored his second hat-trick this week against Hull to beat Alexis Sanchez to this season’s Golden Boot.

Alexis gave it a good go.

The Chilean scored in four consecutive games and managed to reach a total of 24 in the Premier League this season, which is impressive.

Annoyingly, Romelu Lukaku’s penalty against the Gunners at the Emirates put the Everton man one ahead but still, no one was catching Kane, who’s ended the 2016/17 campaign with 29 league goals.

Against the Toffees, Alexis had the second-most shots (after Lukaku): six, four of which were on target, and one found the net.

The 28-year-old also completed the third highest amount of passes in the final third (16/22) despite only making 26/36 overall.

He also created two chances, won one out of two take-ons, and was successful in three ball recoveries, all while being the most fouled player on the pitch (three).

The goal against Everton brings Alexis’ league total for Arsenal to 53.

The main question raised now, however, is whether he will hang around next season to make it 54.
