Leonardo Jardim still hasn’t decided if he’ll remain at AS Monaco for the next season fuelling speculation that he could be heading Arsenal’s way.

The 42-year-old Portuguese is doing wonders this season with Monaco and is attracting interest from all over Europe.

With Monaco currently leading the race for the French Ligue 1 title, Jardim’s side is playing the most attractive football in Europe this season.

In Ligue 1, with three games in hand, Monaco are two goals short of scoring 100 league goals, and have a three-point advantage over Paris Saint-Germain.

According to reports, Inter Milan have already submitted an offer for his services, and Arsenal are also very interested in his abilities, the Gunners listed as a ‘serious possibility’.

Jardim’s Monaco has astonished everyone this season with their fluid passing and constant attacking threat. Under Jardim, Falcao is once again playing like a top striker everyone remembers from his time at Atletico Madrid, and lots of young talent is bursting onto the scene, with Kylian Mbappe already receiving offers from top European clubs.

Although Arsenal aren’t said to have submitted an official offer, the Gunners remain serious contenders for the Portuguese with the future of Arsene Wenger still covered in a veil of secrecy.

Leonardo Jardim could bring something new and exciting to Arsenal especially if given enough time and resources to tailor a squad suited best to his style.

His current success with Monaco comes after two seasons of hard work and it represents all his abilities and the style he imposes onto his team, a style that is both efficient and entertaining.

If he were to join Arsenal, a much bigger club with even more financial resources and bigger reputation, Jardim could have an even bigger chance to prove his worth and compete for major domestic and European honours.
