Mesut Ozil, Rob Holding, Gabriel, Jeff Reine-Adelaide, and some random blokes called Mathieu Debuchy and Yaya Sanogo recently took part in the crossbar challenge with a twist.

The Arsenal players took turns at trying to hit the crossbar at Arsenal’s training ground but instead of using regular footballs, they used inflatable balls.

Ozil was the best, choosing to throw caution to the wind (literally) and thump the inflatable ball as hard as he could at the crossbar.

Holding found success using the same technique and was pretty impressed with himself, shouting at Gabriel that his was ‘the best one’, while the Brazilian and Debuchy also managed to just about hit it themselves.
