The Spaniard is currently manager of Barcelona but is set to leave Catalan club in the summer after three seasons at helm. He’s won a treble with Barcelona in 14/15 and a Spanish double the following season. His style could be beneficial for Arsenal but considering the difference in quality between two clubs, he’d have a lot of work to do.

29-year-old Nagelsmann is doing wonders at Hoffenheim. Last season he saved them from relegation, and this season Hoffenheim are fighting for direct Champions League qualification with Borussia Dortmund. Preffered formation: 3-5-2

Giovanni Van Bronckhorst

Preferred formation: 4-2-3-1

Jorge Sampaoli
