Happy Wenger, Xhaka praises fans & more: Arsenal’s week in videos

Let’s take a look back at Arsenal’s week in videos.

It’s been a pretty positive week for Arsenal, which makes a nice change.

After drawing 2-2 with Manchester City last Sunday, the Gunners played host to the Hammers midweek and, apart from a stagnant opening 15 minutes, won convincingly by 3-0.

Speaking post-West Ham, Arsene Wenger insisted that he’s never questioned the mentality of this Arsenal team.

Granit Xhaka also spoke after the game, praising the fans’ support.

On Friday morning, it was a pleasure to see a smiley manager on good form during his pre-Crystal Palace presser.

Over on Arsenal’s official YouTube channel, Alexis Sanchez spoke about his time at Udinese and claimed that nothing matters except playing football. That’s when he’s at his happiest.

Francis Coquelin and Danny Welbeck were the latest players to take part in Arsenal’s ‘Unclassic Commentary’ feature.

The match they were commentating on was Leicester’s trip to the Emirates last season, which Arsenal won 2-1 with a last minute goal from Welbz.

Elsewhere, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Per Mertesacker and Welbz were over on Soccer AM’s YouTube channel, reading out some of their old tweets from back in the day.
