The Chilean youth player has now trained alongside the Arsenal first team at London Colney and the club could be set to offer him a contract.
According to the Daily Mail, the Deportes Santa Cruz player has returned to Chile and is currently awaiting a call from Arsenal over his future.
Allende was 17 years old during his trials with Arsenal and, due to FIFA rules, this meant the Gunners couldn’t offer him a contract. However, the teenager turns 18 today (7 April) and therefore the club could offer him a deal any day now.
Allende scored two goals in four appearances at the 2015 Under-17 World Cup.
