Although Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is far from a perfect player, his desire to succeed means that Arsenal fans on Twitter are fighting his corner.
The midfielder managed to overcome a tight hamstring to play a full match against West Brom. He completed 62/72 passes, 23/33 of which were in the final third, and won the most take-ons (4/6).
While there’s still a long way to go, if the Ox can continue get game time centrally, hopefully he can improve further. At least that’s what some Gooners reckon.
However, while some Arsenal fans have warmed to the 23-year-old and can see that there’s talent there, many still aren’t convinced, with his lack of ball control proving to be a problem.
Ox looks like he's one of the only ones who gets it, who understands, I really hope we don't lose him in the summer, he's won me over!

our strategy is to confuse them and give them the ball when and where they least expect it. Clearly.

Oxlade-Chamberlain: "We have to apologise to the fans. That was not acceptable." Massive credit to him for talking out.

How can Oxlade-Chamberlain be marking a 6'3 Craig Dawson at corners??? That is where Wenger comes in but did he? The man is gone!
