Theo Walcott was the latest Gunner to take part in ‘Arsenal albums’, a feature on the club’s official YouTube channel in which each player looks back over photos from their career and explains the story behind them.

Theo spoke about his time playing for England with Wayne Rooney, his friendship with Ian Wright, as well as Thierry Henry and Gareth Bale.

One of the stranger videos of the week involved Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Chuba Akpom, Hector Bellerin and Danielle Carter taking part in a cooking challenge for the Heart4More foundation, which promotes keeping your heart healthy and helping to educate others on the subject.

Looking ahead to Arsenal’s FA Cup clash against Southampton, Arsene Wenger gave injury updates, explained how Granit Xhaka needs to improve his tackling and confirmed that the Gunners aren’t on the verge of signing anyone during this transfer window. Then, after the game, he gave his reaction to the comprehensive thrashing of Southampton:
