Juventus are reportedly about to offer Schalke 04 defender, Sead Kolasinac, a contract considering his existing one in Germany runs out at the end of the season.

Arsenal and Liverpool have also been linked with the tough-tackling left-back but, according to Inside Futbol who cite Tuttosport, Juve are more likely to be successful in their hunt for the 23-year-old given that Patrice Evra is set to leave.

This season, the Bosnia international has already made 12 Bundesliga appearances, scoring two and assisting four, which is pretty good going for a full-back.

Are Arsenal – or anyone – interested in Kolasinac? Possibly. He’s available for free in the summer if Schalke don’t tie him down to a new deal soon and that alone usually attracts attention. However, this could be just a case of his agent trying to push for that new deal. He’s obviously not doing too badly with his current club so I hardly doubt he’s got his heart set on moving.

Arsenal, however, have just signed 20-year-old left-back Cohen Bramall, so I wouldn’t imagine we’re still in the market for a man in his position.
