According to RMC Sport, Olivier Giroud, Laurent Koscielny and Francis Coquelin are all set to sign contract extensions with Arsenal.
Giroud’s contract is up in 2018 and while many believe he could leave next summer due to some odd comments from his agent recently regarding his future in London, RMC Sport seem to think that he’s extending until 2019. As he’s now 30, it makes sense that he’d only get handed an extra year.

Meanwhile, Coq is reported to be extending until 2021 and Kos, 2020.
Kos isn’t so much of a surprise since there was a report doing the rounds recently that he was signing a new deal with the club. With Per Mertesacker’s contract up at the end of the season, there’s every chance he’ll be promoted to captain and, this time, I don’t see our skipper leaving.
If the claims are true, this is excellent news. We’ve got a good squad and we need to keep them together.
