Dan Crowley will spend the second half of this season on loan with the Go Ahead Eagles in the Netherlands after a deal was agreed between the two sides.

Heading to the Eredivisie side on trial, Crowley impressed coach Hans de Koning after being recommended by Andries Jonker.

Speaking to Voetbal International, technical manager, Dennis Bekking, said, ”Crowley has made quite an impression. He belongs in terms of technical skills among the better talents from Arsenal, but in England they are also asked other things.

”He’s strong on the ball and can play well between the lines.

“We see in him a number 10, but Crowley also left hanging from the feet [?]”

The deal is expected to be formally announced on January 2nd.
