After Chelsea’s 1-0 win over Middlesbrough on Sunday afternoon, Calum Chambers appears to ask Diego Costa if he can swap shirts.

Chambers is on a season-long loan with Boro and has quickly become a regular starter. In fact, he’s started every match since joining, except obviously the Arsenal one.

Sunday afternoon was no different as Chambers played the full match against Chelsea, which saw the Blues climb to the top of the Premier League table.

However, Arsenal fans watching were left a little disgruntled by more than just the result.

It appeared that after the final whistle, Chambers asked the goalscorer, Diego Costa, for his shirt.

If this is the case, and Chambers did ask for Costa’s shirt, considering the history Arsenal have with that man, it’s more than a little disappointing. He’s not only a rival player from a rival team but not a nice bloke by any stretch of the imagination. Why Calum would even want his shirt is beyond me.

And I’m not the only Gooner who feels this way.

However, we don’t know if this was the case for sure, since all we have is blurry screen grabs. If there was a picture of Chambers actually wearing the shirt, I’m sure it would have been seen by now.
