Jack Wilshere had high praise indeed for Bournemouth teammate, Harry Arter, following the Cherries’ 1-0 win over Everton at the weekend.

Wilshere, who’s currently on loan with the club, hailed the midfielder, claiming that he’s one of the best he’s played with. Blimey.

“If he wants to, I’m sure he could go onto bigger clubs,” Wilshere said.

“I have played with some top midfielders but it says a lot about a player when you are not at a big club like Arsenal and you are putting in performances like that.

“But I’m sure he is enjoying his time at Bournemouth – the fans love him, the manager loves him and he’s got everyone’s respect at the club.”

This season, the Ireland international has already earned two assists and one of which was against the Toffies at the weekend.

It seems as if Arter and Wilshere have quite the bromance going on considering the Bournemouth man’s comments when Jack first joined the club on loan. He described him as one of the best midfielders in the world when he’s fit.

It’s good that he’s making friends. I feel like a proud mother, watching her toddler trying to fit in at nursery.

Wilshere’s now made three appearances for Bournemouth and, as he builds his fitness back up, he’s getting more time on the pitch. Hopefully, he can continue to improve and do us proud.
