Arsenal’s win at Hull took them up to third place in the Premier League, five points behind league leaders, City, and three behind a revitalised Everton who have dropped just two points this season under Ronald Koeman.

Arsenal could move as low as fifth by the end of this weekend’s games should United and Tottenham win their matches on Sunday.
