Shkodran Mustafi has given an exclusive interview to Sky in Germany in which he said that he is ‘happy’ and ‘looking forward’ to playing for Arsene Wenger.
In an interview that we haven’t seen yet, but we’re keeping an eye out for it, the new Arsenal man spoke about his transfer to London for the first time since the news broke that Arsenal had found an agreement with Valencia for the defender.
He has signed a five-year deal with the Gunners.

According to our broken German, the comments in the yellow bar are the ones about being happy and looking forward to playing for Wenger.
And we’re looking forward to seeing you, Mustafi! Very much.
As we suspected, with the bank holiday on Monday in the UK, his arrival is unlikely to be announced until Tuesday:
#mustafi announcement on tue because paperwork still has to be done. Tomorrow bank Holiday in UK. #Mustafi joins @DFB_Team tomorrow
