It appears that Alexandre Lacazette could actually be an Arsenal player very soon, perhaps even by the end of the week.
Since Lyon’s president left the door – sort of – open for Arsenal to make another approach for the striker, the story seems to have kicked up a notch with Le10Sport claiming that we’ve agreed personal terms with Lacazette over a move to the Emirates.
French news outlet Le10 Sport say personal terms done between Lacazette and Arsenal.
Now to agree a fee.

Although this ‘exclusive’ could just be another in a long line of rumours that have surrounded this transfer story and it probably is, I do get the feeling that we are now genuinely trying to get this wrapped up one way or another. We need a striker and Lacazette appears to be the only deal we’re working as far as that position is concerned.
A few days ago, former Chelsea man, Tony Cascarino, revealed on Sky Sports that his ‘sources’ in France have told him that Lacazette will be joining Arsenal by the end of the week.
Can someone please stop me from getting my hopes up?
