Arsenal’s u19s have beaten Golden Arrows 2-1 and progressed to the semi-finals of the Durban International Cup.
Goals from Reiss Nelson and Savvas Mourgos cancelled out an own goal from Kristopher Da Graca, seeing us through to the next round despite not having the best tournament so far.

The defeat sees the Golden Arrows knocked out of the competition, despite a valiant effort.
Trialist goalkeeper, Thom Jonkerman, got a start and did well.
The Arsenal u19s’ starting XI, via Jeorge Bird, was: Jonkerman; Osei-Tutu, Da Graca, Pileas, T. Bola; McGuane, Sheaf; Nelson, Dragomir, DaSilva; Mavididi.
Since we won the trophy last year, why don’t we take a look at the highlights? Let’s hope we can recreate it this term.
