When the Jamie Vardy news broke on Friday night that Arsenal had triggered his release clause, here at Cannon Towers we were stumped.
What should we make of this?
On the one hand, he scored a bucketload of goals last season but on the other, well, he’s just not very likeable as a person and could just be a one-season wonder.
So we thought we’d ask our Twitter followers what they thought and that’s what we did.

Vardy is expected to be announced as an Arsenal player sooner rather than later with Arsenal trying to get it all wrapped up ahead of the Euros.
There are, simultaneously, reports on Twitter that his medical is booked in for 2pm today (Sunday) and not booked in at all as negotiations carry on.
