Jack Wilshere has been named in the England squad for Euro 2016 and looks set to end the summer having played considerably more minutes for his country than his club.

Missing the majority of the season for Arsenal thanks to Gabriel crippling him in pre-season, Wilshere’s inclusion has caused quite a bit of controversy.

But Roy Hodgson loves Wilshere and was set to take him as long as both of his legs seemed to be attached to his body.
