It sometimes seems like you only have to mention the name of player in the same breath as Arsenal and their leg will fall off, and that seems to be what’s happened to Leicester’s Ben Chilwell.

Heavily linked with a move to Arsenal, the Gunners have already made two bids for his services.

Speculation has increased since the season ended as Arsenal apparently get ready to buy the whole of Leicester in an attempt to win the league, but the youngster has been withdrawn from England’s u21s and sent back to his club for assessment.

On international duty at the Toulon Tournament with Calum Chambers, who has been featuring regularly, the 19-year-old’s injury is not yet clear.

The player himself tweeted about how he felt to miss out on possibly featuring in a final for his country.

England play their final group game on Friday against Japan. Having won their other three group games, they are well placed to make the final which will take place on Sunday.

A win should do it.
