Arsene Wenger revealed that he didn’t actually want to do a press conference after Arsenal’s 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon.
The boss, like most of the Arsenal fans, probably just wanted to disappear down the pub and forget about the disappointing result. Alas, duty called and he had to face the press.
Wenger: "It is one of those days where you don't want to do a press conference after the game."

At this moment, and perhaps for the first time ever, I don’t have much sympathy for Wenger. Something should have changed long ago and it didn’t. We just became more predictable and easier to play against. How we’re even still in the top four is a minor miracle after some of the performances we’ve put in over the last couple of months.
Wenger is in a position where he can affect it. Of course, the players have to turn up but in terms of training and tactics, he’s the man. As fans, all we can do is stand and watch and I’m not sure which one is worse to be honest.
