Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Jack Wilshere is still on course for his inclusion in England’s 2016 squad.
Although the boss is understandably cautious on speculation regarding the midfielder’s fitness, he has once again confirmed that he’s in full training now and is only weeks away. Wenger also appears adamant that Wilshere will be able to travel to Euro 2016 in France, although how high his involvement in that will be remains to be seen.

“I’m cautious with him now but to be back fully competitive will take a few weeks,” he said.
“Yes, of course [I would support his inclusion in the Euro 2016 squad.”
Wilshere has been out for the entire season and with only a few weeks left of the 2015/16 season, it’s difficult to see him being heavily involved in the international tournament. However, Wenger knows best and if by his judgement the player should be ready in time, I’m sure he will.
Given the fact that Jack’s 24 now, the Englishman will most likely be anxious about his inclusion in the squad, as he has spent much of his adult career sidelined.
