After another disappointing draw, this time against Crystal Palace, at the weekend, Arsenal really need to get three points in the bag to reclaim third spot from Man City.
When we travelled to the Hawthorns back in November, we lost 2-1 and at the time it was disappointing but not disastrous. This time, realistically we need to get three points if we’re going to finish in the top four otherwise it’s not looking good.
The Baggies currently sit in 14th so on paper, we should win, but by now we all know that means absolutely nothing, especially with our poor home form.
Arsenal are still without Santi Cazorla, who’s just rejoined the squad in full training, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Jack Wilshere featured again for the u21s on Monday, bagging a goal and putting in a decent performance, so he won’t be available until we face Sunderland on Sunday.
Meanwhile, West Brom are without Pritchard, Brunt and Morrison.
Here are how the teams line up:
Arsenal: Cech, Bellerin, Per, Kos, Nacho, Rambo, Mo, Ozil, Alexis, Iwobi, Giroud.
Subs: Ospina, Chambers, Gab, Coq, Campbell, Theo, Welbz.
West Brom: Foster; Chester, Yacob, Evans, McClean, Berahino, McAuley, Fletcher, Dawson, Sessegnon, Sandro.
Subs: Myhill; Olsson, Gardner, Anichebe, McManaman, Rondon, Leko.
