Manchester City have piled yet more pressure on Arsenal after beating Chelsea 3-0 at Stamford Bridge thanks to a hat-trick from Sergio Aguero.

Arsenal face Crystal Palace on Sunday needing a win after United beat Aston Villa, relegating the Birmingham team and putting the Red Devils in a prime position to gain a Champions League place.

Now, City have beaten Chelsea on their own turf, boosting them ahead of the Gunners, albeit temporarily.

For at least a day, Arsenal have to sit in fourth place after being ahead at the top of the League just months ago. It’s a sad state of affairs but, as fans, we can’t do anything other than hope for a win against the Eagles.

Arsenal aren’t known for their ability to perform under pressure so having to win on Sunday isn’t exactly desirable but, as ever, all we can do is win the game we have in front of us.
