Is Arsene Wenger’s time up at Arsenal?

I’ve always been very pro-Wenger. I’ve often shaken my head at the #WengerOut boo boys and never believed I would get to a stage where I actually agree with them.

How times have changed.

Of course, I don’t want Wenger turned out by the board or chased out of the manager’s seat by angry fans. I still, and always will, believe that he deserves far more respect than a loud section of our supporters have given him. However, I do think that perhaps now we are getting to the point where he needs to consider his position.

He always said he would stay as long as he was helping the team and now he’s arguably harming us more than helping it. Of course, some of the blame has to be put on the players, who are out there every week not giving it their all by any stretch of the imagination. But the deterioration in performances compared to the beginning of the season is shocking.

What do you think? Is it time for Le Professeur to step down?
