Arsenal came away from Tottenham with a result that, let’s face it, we’d all have taken before kick-off.

Expecting to be humiliated at White Hart Lane the Gunners actually looked as if they could win the game before Francis Coquelin showed us all how stupid he is.

Apart from a short period immediately after the sending off, Arsenal dealt with everything Spurs had to offer.

Had Ramsey been a bit more confident in front of goal, he could have even won it for them at the end of the game.

As it was, we had to settle for a draw. It’s a result that decides nothing and keeps Arsenal still in the title hunt, albeit drifting.

On the day, Tottenham fired in significantly more efforts on the Arsenal goal – 26 to the Gunners’ 10 and managing to get 11 on target – more than Arsenal managed in total. They even had a better accuracy percentage, 42.3% v 40%, but it wasn’t enough to grab all the points.
