Danny Welbeck recently took part in a Twitter Takeover and revealed who he idolised growing up, as well as how he felt scoring that Leicester goal.
After 10 months on the sidelines through a knee injury which was only supposed to keep him out of action for a few weeks, it’s no wonder that Welbz has referred to the goal he scored against the Foxes just minutes after coming on the pitch as one of his career highlights.
The delight was clear to see when the striker celebrated by leaping into the crowd and even just talking about it during the Q&A triggered a grin to spread across his face.
The former Manchester United also revealed that Thierry Henry was a player he idolised growing up, as well as his ex-teammate, Ryan Giggs.
