Gedion Zelalem has extended his loan stay at Rangers after a successful half a season.
The midfielder has enjoyed a lot of playing time at the Scottish Championship club and has made 15 appearances. He’s also created seven assists in that time and seems to be a hit in Glasgow.
It’s now been confirmed that the 18-year-old has extended his loan spell until the end of the season.

It’s clear that this loan spell is becoming a success for the youngster and he’s gaining vital experience, which I wasn’t convinced he’d get when he first moved. Being a ‘slim’ young man, I assumed the physical league would eat him alive but he seems to be holding his own and excelling.
Well done, Gedion, and good luck for the next half a season.
