Mesut Ozil was ruled out of Arsenal’s game against Stoke with a foot injury that was said to be ‘minor’.
Missing training on Saturday, the German did not travel with the squad to the Orc homeland and his absence prompted fears that he could miss the showdown with Chelsea at the Emirates next weekend.
Ozil, however, moved to allay any fears that fans might have by tweeting that he will hopefully be back in time for the Chavs.
Let’s hope so!

New boy Mohamed Elney was included in the squad but Alexis Sanchez, despite being rated as 60:40 for teh game was not included.
Speaking before the game, Arsene Wenger said that if he had taken a chance with Alexis and he had suffered a setback then the Chilean could have been ruled out for three months.
Let’s hope he returns alongside Mesut for the game on Sunday.
