Mesut Ozil took to Twitter after Arsenal’s 3-3 draw with Liverpool to comfort the disappointed fans.
The Gunners were 3-2 up and looked as if they could be taking all three points at Anfield until Joe Allen scored in the 90th minute.
The Arsenal team are far more likely to feel disappointed than Liverpool and as a fan, it was a bit disheartening, despite a draw not being a bad result.
Ozil was keen to point out post-match that we’re still top of the league and that there’s nothing to worry about.
There was no time to blink during the match! A pity we couldn’t take the 3 points with us to London! 😒 But chin up, we’re still 🔛🔝👍 #LFCvAFC

It’s nice that the playmaker wanted to try and calm the fans, who are obviously gutted over the result.
