Arsenal have reportedly made a bid for Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic.
The 23-year-old has been linked with us throughout the transfer window but it’s only now that we’re hearing of an apparent bid of £12m being made.
The only fly in the ointment is that Inter want £18m. Whoops.
Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset says Arsenal have bid £12m for midfielder Marcelo Brozovic – but Inter Milan want £18m. #afc

Brozovic has appeared 15 times for the Italian team in all competitions, scoring three goals and assisting two, and although we are short in that area, with Wilshere and Cazorla still out for the immediate future, the Croatian hasn’t exactly impressed in Serie A.

Although it’s likely that we could strengthen in that area, at least temporarily, it’s highly doubtful that we’ll be willing to part with £18m, as our supposed bid of just £12m suggests.
Stranger things have happened, I just don’t see this one occurring due to our estimations of the player obviously being far lower than Inter’s. It’s one to watch over the coming weeks.
