Adrien Rabiot is reportedly eager to move to Arsenal in January.

The 20-year-old has appeared 19 times for Paris Saint-Germain and scored one goal so far this season but is apparently on the hunt for more playing time ahead of Euro 2016.

The Frenchman has apparently wanted to leave since the summer and, although he’s contracted with PSG until 2019, a number of clubs, including Spurs, are keen.

Although Rabiot is the right age to join our youth squad, somehow, if he really does want to leave PSG, I doubt playing for our reserves is what he has in mind and I doubt he’d be any real help to the first team considering who we already have in midfield.

Saying this, a loan move in order to strengthen us after several injuries to our first team might be plausible.

However, it doesn’t look like a probable transfer and if he does want to leave PSG, it’s much more likely that his agent is just trying to drum up some interest.
