Arsenal travel to Villa Park today knowing that a win will, temporarily at least, take them to the top of the table.
All eyes will be on the Gunners hoping that they don’t suffer a Champions League hangover nor let nerves get to them as they look to stretch their lead over Manchester United who crashed to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Arsenal’s Boxing Day opponents, Bournemouth.
Here are the teams for today’s game:
Aston Villa: Guzan, Hutton, Okore, Lescott, Bacuna, Gana, Veretout, Sanchez, Sinclair, Ayew, Gestede
Subs: Bunn, Clark, Westwood, Traore, Gil, Lyden, Grealish
Arsenal: Cech, Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Flamini, Ramsey, Walcott, Ozil, Campbell, Giroud
