After a brilliant weekend which saw Manchester United and Liverpool lose in hilarious fashion, the time has finally come for the Arsenal.

Welcoming Manchester City to the Emirates for the last game before the hectic Xmas period gets underway, Arsenal go into the game knowing that a win is needed to keep pace with Leicester.

Team news ahead of the game meant that we knew City would have David Silva and Sergio Aguero available, so how has Arsene Wenger opted to line up to try and ensure maximum points against Manuel Pellegrini?

Here’s how:

Arsenal: Cech, Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Ramsey, Flamini, Walcott, Ozil, Campbell, Giroud

Subs: Ospina, Chambers, Gabriel, Jeff, Gibbs, Iwobi, The Ox

Manchester City: Hart, Sagna, Otamendi, Mangala, Kolarov, Fernandinho, Toure (C), Delph, De Bruyne, Silva, Aguero

Subs: Caballero, Demichelis, Clichy, Navas, Sterling, Iheanacho, Bony
