Steven Gerrard said has admitted that Mesut Ozil is so good it’s both scary and frightening.

Wow.

Ozil’s been on another level this season. He’s beating everyone on assists and generally keeping our poor little wounded team trucking along. His flair gives us something other teams don’t have, even when we’re missing half the squad.

Speaking on BT Sport on Wednesday, former Liverpool hero and all around bright spark Gerrard hailed the German, saying it would be a dream to get the opportunity to play next to him.
