Arsenal Ladies beat Manchester City Women 1-0 at Meadow Park to put them through to the semi-finals of the Continental Cup.

A goal from Natalia Pablos Sanchon in the 34th minute sealed the deal and the Sky Blues were unable to make a comeback.

Arsenal now face Birmingham City in the next round, who they previously beat 1-0 in the FA WSL.

The win is a huge boost for the team and gives them a realistic chance at silverware this season.
